Fresh Peach Salsa

This fresh peach salsa is delicious served with chips and tacos. It also makes a wonderful condiment for grilled pork and fish. It is light and flavorful and will brighten any meal.


2 peaches, skin removed and diced

1/3 cup diced red pepper

1/4 cup diced red onion

1 TBSP chopped cilantro 

1 tsp olive oil

1 tsp fresh lemon juice

1/8 tsp crushed red pepper

Pinch of sea salt


  1. Place all of the ingredients in a bowl and gently mix to combine.
  2. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
  3. The salsa is best served the same day, but will last for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
