Nutritional science fascinates me, and I enjoy studying dietary theories. While I believe that what we eat has a direct impact on our overall health, we are all created differently and each do better eating different things. What works for one person may not necessarily work for the next. It is however, important to eat whole, natural, and minimally processed food for any nutritional program to be beneficial.
